Stephen M. "Steve"
Age 71, of Penn Hills, unexpectedly, on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Husband of the late Kathleen "Kathy" (DiCaprio) Rohrer; Father of Kimberly Rohrer (Mark Goucher), and Michele Rohrer (John Kuhn); Grandfather of Randy (Brittany Allison) Geiselhart, Ciarra Carrozzi, Zachary, and Jacob Goucher; Brother of the late Tia Rohrer, Brother in Law of Lorraine Meredith, Cindy (Jack) Petrick and Pat Meredith; also survived by nieces, nephews, and furry friend, Zoe. He retired from NAPA after 38 years. Steve was a member of Masonic Lodge 546 and loved classic cars, attending and entering car shows, and watching NASCAR. He had the opportunity to do the Richard Petty Driving Experience, one of his best memories. The annual trip to the beach was made complete by parasailing with each of the grandkids. Friends received, Friday, 3:00-8:00 pm at Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd./Roth Chapel, 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road) Penn Hills, where a Blessing Service will be held, Saturday, 10:00 am. Interment in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
