Age 74, of Lawrenceville, passed away unexpectedly, on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. Father of Russell Jr., Jennifer, Mark, and Patricia Blumer; grandfather of 4; brother of Donald (Betty) Blumer. Russell was a U.S. Army Veteran and flea market enthusiast. Friends received, Saturday, 2-6 p.m., at Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd./Roth Chapel, 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road) Penn Hills, where a service will follow at 6 p.m.
